Account responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate registration information, safeguarding your credentials and activity under your account. Do not share access, misuse testing codes, interfere with the service or attempt to access another user’s data.
Acceptable use
Do not upload illegal, harmful, sexually explicit or infringing content; identifiable people without appropriate consent; confidential client information; or recalled questions and answers from a live licensing examination. Community activity must remain respectful and focused on lawful exam preparation.
AI and camera features
AI feedback is limited to evidence visible in submitted frames and can be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for safe practice, professional judgment and compliance with official procedures. Stop any activity that could cause injury or damage.
Subscriptions and availability
If paid plans become available, pricing, trial terms, renewal information and cancellation controls will be shown before purchase through the applicable storefront. Features may change during development, maintenance or testing.
Intellectual property
The service, branding, original study materials and software are owned by Echo Craft, LLC or its licensors. You may use them only for personal, noncommercial exam preparation unless we agree otherwise in writing.
